Job Description:
• Responsible for answering incoming requests via email, chat and phone.
• You will also perform simple data entry, and handling various customer service inquiries.
• No experience is necessary but a great attitude and great communication skills are a must!
• Will be working in a call center type of environment, the majority of customer service will be handled via internet (e-mail), Chat and may include handling phone calls.
Qualifications:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Computer Savvy (email, typing, internet and chat)
• Administrative skills
• Must be willing to commit to a 3-6 months contract assignment
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Location: Anywhere in USA (working from home).
This is a temporary contract to long term assignment.
