Q: What is pinless system?
Pinless calling service relieves the callers of the trouble of dialing 10 to 12 digit PINs every time they attempt to make a call. PIN-less works very simple:
Step-1: The caller just has to dial the access number
Step-2: Dial the destination telephone number.

Q: How do I enable my pinless system?
Follow the following steps to enable your pinless dialing:
Step-1: Sign-up to iforing.
Step-2: Login to MyAccount.
Step-3: Select "Caller ID" tab to enter your home/mobile phone numbers (from where you will make the calls).

Q: I have signed up. I dial to local access number. It is asking for PIN. What to do?
Please check whether you have entered the right caller-id into iforing system.
Step-1: Login to My Account.
Step-2: Select "Caller ID" tab, and enter your home/mobile phone numbers (from where you will make the calls).
Step-3: Dial to Local Access number again.

Q: Do I need to switch my long distance service to use iforing service?
No, you do not need to switch your long distance service. When you use iforing service, you are accessing iforing's network directly by dialing a local-access number. All call charges will be deducted from your account balance. There will be no interaction with your long distance provider when using iforing service.

Q: When can I start using iforing service?
Almost instantly after signing up and creating an account, you will be able to make calls within few minutes.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
No, a contract is not required to use iforing service.

Q: How do I make a call?
When placing a call from a registered phone:
Dial your local access number.
For International Calls: Dial Country Code + City Code + Number (no need to dial 011)
For U.S. Domestic Calls: Dial 1 + Area Code + Number

Q: How do I use speed-dial feature?
Login to My Account.
Add your Speed Dial numbers into the system.
When you dial to Local Access Number, system will ask you to enter "Destination Number".
Enter your speed-dial index then press # sign. (Example: 0# to access the first entry in the list)

Q: How are my calls rated?
All calls are rounded up to the next full minute (60 seconds). Applicable federal, state and local taxes are not included in the rate per minute and will be charged to your account separately.

Q: What are the different recharge values I can choose from?
You may recharge your account at anytime by logging in to My Account and select from $10, $25, $50 or $100 to add to your account.

Q: Is my credit card secured?
YES. We don't store your credit card number in our database. Moreover, the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption protects your information submitted on our web site. All web applications use 128 SSL encryption to protect your data like credit card numbers, customer information and password.

Q: Can I change my account phone number?
Yes, you can change your account phone number. iforing assigns you a separate account number. So, if you want to change your phone number into iforing system, you can always do that.

Q: I have forgot my password. I can not login anymore.
You can always ask for password, and iforing will email your password imemdiately. Please go to My Account page and click on "Forgot Password" link.

Q: Can I make calls with blocked caller ID?
No, you can not call with the caller ID of your phone blocked.
